ventilation. By using curves, several set points can be made which are the best for the birds at that specific age. By doing so, feed and energy cost will reduce to minimum.
This panel can be connected to a PC, even in a network. All kind of other products, like bird weigher can be connected in the same network. All settings and data can be changed and recorded. At the same time graphs can be produced to visualize the course of the data. The data can be imported in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel) for further analysis. In farther distances between control units and PC, and when no cables are allowed, then a radio modem is a solution. The maximum distance is app. 800 meters. When this is not adequate, a GSM modem can be installed.

This generates a large number of weighings with high level of accuracy. . It alerts you when a abnormal growth rate fluctuation is detected.

We use standard MK-120 nipple. For
those who prefer totally stainless steel nipple, MK-500 is also
available. Both nipples have big flow rate, to use in hot climates,
175 ml/minute with 60 M bar pressure in regulator.
